Method Man's TICAL Brand Launches in Illinois, Partnering with Minority-Owned Dispensaries
Wu-Tang Clan legend Method Man's cannabis brand, TICAL Official, has made its debut in the Illinois adult-use market. The brand, known for its commitment to social equity, has partnered with Flora Arbor LLC to bring its products to the Prairie State.
TICAL, which stands for "Taking Into Consideration All Lives," is launching with three signature strains: Judgement Day, Love Jones, and The Method lyrical edition. These will be available as 1g rosin-infused pre-rolls and 2g rosin-infused four-packs.
In a move that aligns with TICAL's ethos, the brand is prioritizing partnerships with Black-owned, minority-owned, and female-owned dispensaries for its Illinois launch. Anthony Carpino, CEO of Flora Arbor, emphasized this strategy, stating, "We plan on launching TICAL with Black-owned, minority-owned, and female-owned dispensaries."
TICAL co-founder Nathaniel "Nutta TICAL" Vereen highlighted Method Man's commitment to community support, saying, "Meth likes supporting the people in the community that put in the work. The love will come if you offer unconditional support to the people."
Cannabis enthusiasts can find TICAL Official products in select dispensaries across Illinois, including locations in Chicago, Richton Park, Markham, Danville, and several other cities. The full list of participating dispensaries is available on TICAL's website.
This launch marks a significant expansion for TICAL, as Illinois represents the third-largest cannabis market in the U.S. Flora Arbor, licensed as a craft grower in Illinois since 2021, will be handling cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, and distribution of TICAL products from their 51,000 sq ft facility in Elgin.
As TICAL continues to grow its presence in the cannabis industry, it maintains its focus on quality products and social responsibility, true to its name and Method Man's vision.
