ECS Botanics (ASX:ECS) has listed their Tasmanian farm up for sale via an expression of interest process.

CBRE Agribusiness is conducting the sale process for ‘Coy Farm’, a fully operational medicinal cannabis production enterprise.

Set on 44.62 Hectares (110.00 Acres), the Property is located approx. 30 km south of Launceston.

ECS Botanics Pty Ltd is offering the Property via an Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign, to be sold as a going concern, with EOI’s due on Wednesday 3 August 2022 at 4:00pm (AEST).
